The JP 30 Minute Workout is not a circuit or aerobic training but a regular workout that works the main components of fitness (cardiovascular strength, muscular strength and general endurance).

Who Can Benefit from the JP 30-Minute Workout?

The 30-Minute Workout is for everyone, male or female, who wishes to minimize their time at the gym while reaching their fitness goals whatever they are: burn fat, become leaner, increase lean muscle, put on mass (if you happen to be skinny), etc.

Why short workouts instead of the standard long exercise sessions?

With short but intense physical exertion, the body can be pushed to its limits and impelled to adapt and enhance itself quickly and dramatically.

How quickly can results be noticed?

Since this type of workout will challenge your whole body system, you will begin to see dramatic results in the way your body looks and feels within the first few weeks (12 sessions). Most people accomplish their fitness goals by doing sessions three times a week over a three months period (36 sessions).

What are the health benefits of the JP 30 Minute Workout?

The benefits of short bouts of intense physical activity include but are not limited to:

  • Higher cardiovascular threshold
  • Higher anaerobic - aerobic threshold

How many times per week is this workout done?

Given the fact that this is a high intensity workout, there should be one day of rest for recovery. Ideally, you should do the JP 30 minutes workout three times a week with one day rest between sessions.
