The JP Difference.

I know there are a lot of 30 minute workout out set ups out there however, I believe here at JP FITNESS we can make a difference. What I have observed is that in general, the current 30 minute training approach boils down to basically squeezing a full hour workout into a 30 minutes session.


This approach may result in a higher cardiovascular endurance but it neglets the other fitness components as they are cardiovascular strength and muscular strength.

This approach turns the 30 minute workout just into an aerobic training session.

This may sound good nevertheless, if you truly want to change your body and become fitter, you should rather pursue a short workout that address and cultivate all the components of fitness in one 30 minutes workout session.

Not just an aerobic exercise training.

Unlike traditional short workout programs, like short-circuit training, the JP 30-Minute Workout does not require you to run around with the sole purpose of keeping your heart rate up. Instead, the JP 30 MINUTE WORKOUT is specifically designed to challenge both your anaerobic and aerobic energy systems. This type of workout creates exertion through rigorous muscular work.
